How Capacity Works
Rolling session windows, not token counting
Your capacity refreshes on a rolling ~5-hour session window and ~7-day weekly ceiling. No confusing token math. Just use it and it refills.
Independent capacity buckets
Token budget, web searches, document pages, and Private Inference each have their own limits. Using one doesn't affect the others.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do all tiers access the same AI models?
Yes. Every model in our catalog, on every plan. We don't lock powerful models behind expensive tiers the way other AI providers do. Higher tiers give you more capacity, but every model is available from day one.
Why are prices in Canadian dollars?
We're a Canadian company. Our costs are in Canadian dollars. Our prices are too. No USD conversion games. No hidden exchange rate markup. The price you see is the price in our currency.
Do you offer the same capacity as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini?
No. And we think that's worth understanding.
The exact economics of consumer AI apps like these aren't public, but community reverse-engineering of their usage limits puts the retail API cost of that kind of usage at several times what the user actually pays. The math works because something else subsidizes it. Training on your conversations, advertising, or market share bought at a loss. Heavy users are subsidized by the gym-membership effect of users who don't use much at all.
We're bootstrapped. We pay retail for inference, we don't train on you, we don't show you ads. We can't match a subsidized capacity limit without the subsidy that pays for it.
What we can offer is privacy that doesn't depend on their good behavior. Canadian law, every model, every plan.
If you burn through a lot of tokens every day, Pro 2x is probably where you belong.
What happens if I hit my capacity limit?
Your capacity is not a single monthly allowance that you burn through in two days and sit locked out for the rest of the month. There are session limits that reset every ~5 hours and weekly limits that reset every 7 days. You'll see warnings as you approach your limits, and when you hit them, certain models or features will be temporarily unavailable until your capacity resets. You can view all of your limits and when they reset at any time in the app.
Why is there no free trial?
We don't have a free tier because free tiers are how other AI companies justify training on your data. We charge from day one so the product is sustainable without monetizing your data. Our $9 Starter plan includes a 7-day trial period, money back, no questions asked.

Can I cancel anytime?
